• Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks on aircraft as per approved maintenance programs and technical manuals.
• Identify and document aircraft defects, performing minor repairs and component replacements as required.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all maintenance activities performed, including parts used and time spent.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and aviation standards .
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs.

• Completion of a recognized aircraft maintenance training program or equivalent qualification.
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain relevant aircraft maintenance certifications .
• Basic understanding of aircraft systems (e.g., airframe, powerplants, avionics, electrical).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
