Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels, packages, and documents to customers within the assigned routes.
• Ensure deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on time.
• Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and securely.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all road traffic laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and fuel records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
• Always safeguard company property and customer consignments.
