• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery confirmations using the company's logistics management system.
• Communicate effectively with transport providers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in the negotiation of rates with carriers and service providers to optimize transportation costs.
• Support the logistics department in various operational tasks, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with local transportation regulations and best practices in Cape Town .
