Parts Picker

Our client in the Manufacturing sector is currently looking to employ a Parts Picker to join their team based in Kraaifontein Industria, Cape Town

This role is critical in ensuring a constant supply of parts to technicians, supporting efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

R 7000 - R8 000 Basic + Benefits

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse or parts role

• Full understanding of warehouse operations

• Accurate counting and stock handling ability

• Code 10 driver’s licence

• Physically fit and able to handle pressure

• Team player with a confident and proactive approach

• Ability to read and write English

Responsibilities:

Parts and Warehouse Operations

• Support the Parts Manager in managing parts supply to technicians

• Accurately action all parts picking slips

• Check and record picked parts before packing

• Assist with other warehouse duties as required

• Maintain workplace and surrounding areas clean and tidy

Compliance and Safety

• Adhere to Health and Safety rules at all times

• Follow company rules regarding tools, special tools, and assets

• Participate in relevant training programmes

Teamwork and Professionalism

• Build strong relationships with colleagues and peers

• Present excellent task performance and manage work efficiently

• Perform all reasonable requests made by the Parts Manager
