Warehouse Supervisor | Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Our client in Montague Gardens is seeking a hands‑on and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient stock control, and lead a team within a busy distribution environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management
• Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff
• Monitor productivity and implement operational improvements
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse best practices
• Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory investigations
• Liaise with management regarding operational performance and staffing requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role
• Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
• Computer literacy and experience with warehouse systems advantageous
