Account for and control of all movement of inventory within the warehouse

Plan daily space requirements

Carry out wall to wall stock counts

Carry out cycle stock counts

Investigate stock variance

Ensure all stock is properly labeled and in its designated location

Prepare inventory reports

Supervise inventory record accuracy

Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring and auditing

Liaise with customer service and warehouse personnel regarding inventory status

Accurately record stock figures daily with investigations

Carry out weekly rainbow reconciliation

Carry out bread and chill buffer reconciliation

Ensure safety clothing and equipment are available and maintained

Manage employee safety practices and discipline

Plan, schedule, organize, and direct work, train personnel

Define team goals and provide feedback

Reward and recognize performance

Manage returns and non-conforming products

Ensure equipment is operational and maintained

Manage inventory information and administration

Supply inventory information to customers

Generate final variances and communicate with management

Investigate inventory discrepancies
