Receiving ​/ Dispatch Clerks

Key Responsibilities .

Receive and unload incoming deliveries. Verify delivered items against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

Inspect goods for damage, defects, or shortages and report discrepancies. Record received stock accurately in inventory management systems. Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.

Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.

Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.

Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
