Inventory Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Inventory Controller
to manage, track, and oversee inventory levels across the business. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock records, monitor inventory movement, identify discrepancies, and help maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth day-to-day operations.

• Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, warehousing, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and records.
• Track stock movements, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies or variances.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reporting.
• Assist with stock forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Ensure inventory procedures and controls are consistently followed.
