Duties:
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
- Capture received stock accurately on the warehouse management system
- Label and allocate stock to the correct storage locations
- Report damaged or incorrect stock to management
- Maintain accurate receiving documentation and filing
- Assist with stock counts and inventory control
- Ensure the receiving area is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries
- Follow company policies and warehouse procedures.
