Warehouse Supervisor (Onsite – Cape Town)

We are working with an established, long-standing manufacturer of agricultural machinery, supplying South African farmers with locally-built and imported equipment backed by hands-on technical and after-sales support. As production scales, they're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take full day-to-day ownership of their factory warehouse and stores function — bringing structure, accuracy, and strong leadership to a 15-person team.

This is a newly created role, built to give the factory a dedicated, hands-on lead across receiving, kitting, inventory control, and stock integrity, with a clear supervisory layer over Team Leaders and Storemen.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse or Stores Supervisor in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is essential
• Comfortable managing cross-functional coordination across Purchasing, Production, Assembly, Fabrication, and Quality
• Strong stock-control accuracy, numeracy, and problem-solving under production deadlines
• Confident leading, allocating work to, and coaching a team

• Working knowledge of an ERP system (SYSPRO experience advantageous)
• Comfortable with barcode scanning and MS Office
• Ability to read mechanical/structural drawings
• Valid forklift licence (where forklift operation forms part of the role)

• Prior SYSPRO experience
• Warehousing, logistics, or inventory-related qualification

Compensation: Up to R38,000 per month, depending on experience
