Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator with 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
KeyDuties and Responsibilities:
- Checking quantity of stock to load vs Dispatch Note for local customers.
- Preparing pre-dispatch to ensure smooth loading process for exports and local orders.
- Compiling documentation for Duty Drawback claim.
- Issuing works orders for upcoming dispatches to storeman.
- GRN of all incoming raw materials.
- Experience with Stock Control, POD, Barcodes, Syspro, GRN, and Returns.
- Strong system aptitude and the ability to think on your feet.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
