Ballast Nedam N.V. zoekt een Planvoorbereider voor Capelle aan den IJssel. Je werkt aan de technische onderbouwing van plannen in de tender- en ontwerpfase en zorgt voor een uitvoerbaar plan binnen budget en planning.
Je toetst bouwkundig/constructief; bewaakt randvoorwaarden, stelt het fasedossier op (VO/DO/TO) en rapporteert aan het Hoofd Planontwikkeling. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team en werkt dagelijks aan mooie projecten.
