The team consists of 80 colleagues, including 10+ software developers and data engineers, and operates from offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, and Germany. Leadinfo is part of team.blue, an ecosystem of 60+ brands across 22 European countries serving 3.5 million SMB customers.
The Position
The Revenue Operations Manager will strengthen the operational backbone of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role focuses on automation, tooling, and data integrity to enable scalable growth and predictable revenue performance.
You are responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing revenue tech stack. You will streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure systems and data are aligned across all go-to-market functions. This role is hands-on: you will work directly in Hub Spot and connected tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution speed.
Key Responsibilities- Own and optimize the Hub Spot CRM and integrated GTM toolset (e.g., marketing automation, enrichment, reporting, and data sync).
- Design and implement automated workflows across the full customer journey — from lead capture to renewal and expansion.
- Maintain clean, structured data and ensure alignment between systems and teams.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to track funnel health, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
- Support forecasting and pipeline management through automation and real-time reporting.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate operational needs into system solutions.
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations in a SaaS scale-up environment.
- Deep knowledge of Hub Spot CRM and related GTM automation tools.
- Proven experience in building automations, integrations, and data workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to data quality.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple technical priorities.
