We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recovery of patients following surgical procedures. Your expertise in assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, and providing post-operative care will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.

• Monitor patients’ post-surgery and assess their condition, including vital signs, consciousness, and pain levels.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding post-surgical care and recovery.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.

This position pays a competitive rate of $+ per hour depending on the level of experience. • Current RN license in CA or the ability to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, PALS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing care principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
