Seasonal Sales Associate – Capitola Mall

This seasonal role supports the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment.

• Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Serve as a one-stop resource for customers, sharing knowledge about products, community activities, and recommendations.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and share activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customer needs.
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
• Assist with cashier duties as needed.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and overall store visual and operational maintenance.

• Ability to foster a customer-centric mindset and create an inclusive store environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and adapt in the workplace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge, experience, and/or willingness to learn about products, activities, and the community relevant to the store’s customer base.
• Attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without accommodations.

Hiring Range: $17.50 - $23.04 USD per hour.
