Responsibilities:
  • Clean entire store: dust / wipe down every window sill, shelves, accessories & all surfaces. Sweep, mop, keep fridge clean along with sink and counter tops. Everything should always be clean.
  • Organizing shipments, taking items out of package, steaming each piece and looking for any issues with the product, pricing, tagging and arrange on floor. Promoting products, services and content over social media.
  • Making Returns and calls when we have issues with the products or research when needed.
  • Inventory: all items to be sized from smallest to largest on floor, monthly inventory checks.
  • Social Media – Lives with products we have in stock, help grow platform. Creating draft posts, reels & stories. Always be creating content.
  • Responsible for events/parties and following the list, cleaning during & after.
  • Creating Stickers, Postcards and anything else needed to make our boutique POP.
  • Packaging and shipping out items for our online store, prepping returns, etc.
  • Helping with Events, Parties, & all necessary arrangements required.
  • Greet and receive customers in the friendliest manner, cross sell.
  • Alert Management of any potential issues.
  • Keep clientele informed of sales and future merchandise and events.
  • Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Suggest ways to help improve sales (e.g. planning marketing, activities, changing store design).
  • “go the extra mile” to drive sales.
  • Be proactive at all times. If you see that something needs to be done, get it done right away!
  • Researching other platforms and working on other projects as needed.
