Tool Trailer Coordinator - Night Shift

Role Overview

As a Tool Trailer Coordinator, you will manage daily operations of on‑site tool trailers and tool rooms. You’ll issue tools to customers, inspect returns, conduct visual safety inspections, maintain fleet and consumable levels, and create and utilize reporting mechanisms as needed.

This position operates on a 12‑hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. It follows a 6‑on/1‑off rotation. Applicants must be able to commit to 12‑hour overnight shifts.

• Act as primary contact for customers
• Mark and enter tools in Total Control system
• Assist in mobilization and setup of the trailer at the customer’s site
• Maintain a clean and presentable trailer
• Provide regular communication with customers to maintain sufficient supply of tool quantities in conjunction with manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma
• 3+ months of inside sales or on‑site plant/construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Knowledge of tools and their applications
• Self‑sufficient, team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills; ability to acquire industrial facility credentials desirable
• 75% travel required as needed
