Drive with First Student as a School Bus Driver in Victoria, B.C. Earn a starting wage of $24.75/HR while being part of a team that prioritizes student safety, with paid training offered as you obtain your Class 2 license.

First Student is hiring individuals committed to safely transporting students. We provide all necessary training with a guaranteed starting wage of $17 per hour during your Class 2 license training. Joining us also means eligibility for a $1000 bonus for new hires with Class 1 and 2 licenses. Enjoy work-life balance with no weekends or nights scheduled!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure students are transported safely to school

• Conduct necessary vehicle inspections daily

• Assist students in safely boarding and exiting

• Utilize advanced technology for route management

• Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with 3 years of driving experience

• Valid Class 2 Learners Permit needed

• Clear vulnerable sector check required

• Pass a medical examination and background check

• Effective verbal communication skills
