We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department
. In this key leadership role, you’ll manage daily workflow, mentor technicians, ensure repair quality, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and support service technicians in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Conduct quality control checks and verify proper repair procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding job status, estimates, and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in training and development of technicians and apprentices.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in an auto service environment.
• ASE Certification(s) strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
