We are looking for a dedicated Member Service Representative (MSR) who is passionate about providing a high level of service to our internal and external members and helping our community thrive.
WhatYou'll Do
As an MSR, you are the face of our credit union. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping members navigate their financial journeys through the following responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Foster meaningful connections with our community of members and fellow employees.
Account Management: Expertly open and maintain diverse account types, including Personal, Trusts, Business, HSA, and IRA accounts.
Lending Support: Guide members through the consumer loan process, from the initial application through to funding.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal team members to quickly and efficiently resolve member concerns.
Goal Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals established by management to ensure the credit union's continued growth.
We want someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Two years of related financial or customer service experience.
Skills: Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Requirements: Must be bondable.
