• The OR Manager will lead the Operating Room (OR) unit and oversee surgical services within the healthcare facility.
• Focus on stabilizing the team, building a cohesive culture, coordinating patient care and staff services, and implementing process improvements within the OR.
• Evaluate staff competencies, department policies, and procedures to ensure best practices and maintain a high level of accountability throughout the department.
• Assist with preparations for TJC, IDPH, and IPT regulatory surveys, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Establish credibility with surgeons and staff as a hands-on leader while mentoring and coaching staff, fostering a patient-focused culture, and building collaborative relationships within a 55 FTE department managing about 10 Operating Rooms.
• Bring excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to optimize departmental performance and achieve short- and long-term goals. Ideally, bring extensive clinical, leadership, and high-acuity experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license required.
• Active BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, PALS, ENPC, and/or TNCC certifications are strongly preferred.
• Minimum of four years of clinical experience including at least two years of related leadership experience.

The base salary range for this position is $102,000 to $164,000 annually. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement benefits, and bonuses. Final total compensation will be determined based on factors such as scope of role, experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary is a good faith determination at the time of the job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
