Hospice Doula - Volunteer Opportunity
Residential Healthcare Group is launching the Hospice Doula Program, a volunteer initiative designed to provide comfort, understanding, and peace to hospice patients and their families.
As a Residential Hospice Doula, you will work closely with patients and families to:
- Offer emotional and practical support during end‑of‑life care.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the care team.
- Assist with planning and decision‑making, respecting the patient’s wishes.
- Provide companionship and comfort in the final stages of life.
We will provide specialized training and continual support to all volunteers. This program is for individuals who feel a calling to serve the dying and want to bring profound meaning and purpose to their life and the lives of those you care for.
