Cases Include:
Case mix varies by location. SIH Carbondale offers higher acuity cases, while SIH Herrin and SIH St. Joseph offer lower acuity cases.

Compensation:
On average, new graduates earn $325K at SIH Carbondale. Excellent earning potential with increased compensation based on experience. Sign-on bonus of $60K and 8 weeks of PTO.
