Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is looking for a Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney to lead complex litigation and provide strategic counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare matters.

Madison, WI – relocation to the area is required and all related expenses will be reimbursed.

• Manage complex litigation across multiple arenas.
• Provide proactive risk mitigation advice to business units.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other court documents.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings and oversee settlement negotiations.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with domestic and international law.

• J.D. and admission to practice in the United States.
• Proven experience in litigation, including drafting, depositions, oral arguments, and trial practice.
• Experience in competition, regulatory, or healthcare litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background with excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
