Role

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and monitor progress
  • Administer medications and manage IV therapy
  • Perform wound care
  • Provide post‑operative support and patient & family education
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and therapists
  • Lead discharge planning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to improve outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop skills in telemetry, pain management, and complex care coordination
