RoleResponsibilities
- Assess patient needs and monitor progress
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy
- Perform wound care
- Provide post‑operative support and patient & family education
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and therapists
- Lead discharge planning
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to improve outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop skills in telemetry, pain management, and complex care coordination
- Competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $1,772 to $1,839 and guaranteed 36 hours per week
