Description:
The shift will consist of three 12-hour shifts with on-call as required.
No block scheduling requests can be accommodated.

Responsibilities include:
Assessing patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Planning, implementing, and evaluating an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
Providing explanations and instructions to patients or responsible parties.
Demonstrating the ability to use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
Contributing to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
Meeting Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
Participating in continuing education.
Maintaining complete and accurate medical records.
