We’re seeking a seasoned Automotive Sales Consultant who knows how to build rapport quickly, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and deliver results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be empowered to leverage your skills, close deals efficiently, and maximize earning potential while representing a dealership with deep community roots and a strong team culture.

- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery with professionalism and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and follow-up
- Confidently present vehicle features, trim levels, and value-added products based on customer needs
- Conduct test drives while ensuring proper documentation and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules to drive repeat and referral business
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Stay informed on inventory, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with management and support staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong track record of performance
- Ability to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a commission-based role
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
