We’re seeking reliable and experienced solo CDL-A drivers to join a dedicated fleet offering consistent freight, excellent weekly home time, and competitive pay. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active and take pride in delivering with care and efficiency.

• Freight Type: Touch freight — unload using roto-carts and lift gates
• Average Loads: 3 per week
• Average Stops: 3 stops per load
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,500
• Trailer Type: 53' dry van

• Average weekly pay: $1,380
• Top weekly pay: $1,700
• Average annual earnings: $71,760
• Top annual earnings: $88,400
• Pay structure: Mileage Pay + Stop Pay
• Weekly direct deposit and consistent miles year-round

• Home weekly — 34-hour reset
• Predictable schedule with steady freight
• Flexible hours with occasional overnight runs possible

• Late‑model sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• 53’ dry van trailers
• Drivers may park trucks at home or in a safe, secure location

• Paid orientation and onboarding

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
