Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Primary Care – Part-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join the Haley Family Practice healthcare team. This position is for employment with an independent and contracted company, Haley Family Practice. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality patient care, perform diagnostic evaluations, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

• Geriatrics
• Pediatrics
• Primary Care

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
• Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on urgency.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and wellness strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• SEP (simplified employee pension)

• Primary Care: 1 year experience (Required)
• Strong knowledge of internal medicine practices and procedures.
• Experience with medical records management, including proficiency in EPIC.
• Ability to perform essential procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Strong critical thinking skills for effective diagnostic evaluation and triage of patients.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant (Required)
• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant (Preferred)

• Basic Life Support Certification – issued by Default Issuing Body
• Certified Physician Assistant – National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
