ScheduleMonday – Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

- Optimize the appointment schedule, ensuring a full day with minimal gaps.
- Manage all patient calls and inquiries (appointments, confirmations, amendments).
- Handle potential cancellations, overcoming objections to retain appointments.
- Process billing, take payment, send claim forms to insurance, and address fee inquiries positively.
- Maintain the recall system and patient database accurately.
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence.
- Manage and file all patient records and charts.
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy, using effective communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of Administrator experience.
- Clinical background is considered an asset.
- Experience with dental software.
