This full-time term role starts September 8, 2026, aiming at guiding responsive teaching and enhancing student learning. As part of the NLSchools Leadership Team, you will oversee staff development, school finances, and program implementation while promoting a student-first philosophy and equity in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead instructional programs to support student learning

• Manage school operations and resources effectively  

• Develop staff through training and appraisal initiatives  

• Shape a positive, inclusive learning environment  

• Facilitate engagement with families and communities  

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Master’s degree required  

• Valid NL Teaching Certificate  

• Extensive experience in educational leadership  

• Strong skills in problem-solving and resource management  

• Ability to cultivate a supportive school culture
