Purchase Leger Clerk
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour
Location:
Cardiff
Type:
Long term maternity cover
Hours:
5 days per week, full time
- Process and match invoices to purchase order numbers on the job system
- Process approximately 6,000 purchase invoices per month
- Communicate with suppliers regarding disputed items
- Set up new supplier accounts and subcontractors
- Review supplier statements and reconcile with our Accounts Package
- Process and match invoices to Goods Receipt Notes on the job system
- Process approximately 1,000 subcontractor invoices per month
- Verify subcontractor tax status via HMRC portal
- Experience carrying out the role or similar
- Strong IT skills
We’ll also take references and may ask for proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
