Assistant Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The post will report directly to the Head of Finance and tasks may include:

• Processing accounts payable into the accounting system.
• Cash control, including bank payments and reconciliations.
• Management of the expenses platform.
• Preparation of payroll and employment taxes, including reconciliation of balances.
• Support the preparation of some audit deliverables.
• Preparation of sales invoices for some group companies.

These duties are not exhaustive, and this role would be expected to complete other duties in line with their level of responsibility.

• Experience of payroll.
• Experience of accounts payable.
