The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Executive to join a busy payroll bureau supporting a varied portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple payrolls in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high-quality service and building strong client relationships.

You'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring payrolls are completed accurately, compliantly and on time, while acting as a trusted point of contact for client queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage starters, leavers, contractual changes, statutory payments and auto-enrolment duties.
• Complete payroll audits, validation checks and year-end payroll processes.
• Process payroll changes relating to time and attendance systems where required.
• Respond to payroll queries from clients, employees and third parties, providing excellent customer service.
• Liaise with HMRC, pension providers and other external organisations.
• Peer review payrolls to maintain high levels of accuracy.
