A successful independent firm is looking for a senior adviser capable of taking genuine ownership of a substantial business services portfolio while helping shape the next stage of its growth.
The firm is already one of the strongest performers in its region, highly profitable and continuing to invest heavily in people. Growth here is being driven by demand from an established client base and the need to create additional senior capacity.

As Business Services Associate Director, you would work closely with an Audit and Accounts Director who is currently operating at capacity.
The portfolio includes entrepreneurial start-ups, growing owner-managed companies and established businesses with turnover of up to around £15m.

• Acting as a senior adviser to business owners and management teams
• Taking responsibility for a significant portfolio
• Leading complex accounts and business advisory assignments
• Handling technical accounting questions that fall outside routine compliance
• Meeting clients regularly and building strong personal relationships
• Helping identify new work from existing and prospective clients
• Coaching managers and supporting succession across the team
