Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a successful and secure manufacturing business based near Cardiff.

Supporting the FD with the month end close and outside of month end carrying out business partnering and analysis for the operational teams this role is a really interesting highly visible position that will add value almost immediately. It requires an accounting professional who is nearly or newly qualified with very strong people and relationship building skills with an enthusiasm to learn and develop and take on tasks that you may not have experience of such as fixed asset work, costings, margin analysis and financial reporting.

A positive approachable personality is key as is a "can do" attitude and having the initiative to ask questions and resolve challenges through investigation. This role will offer hybrid working once you've established yourself and built relationships and long term there could be an opportunity to lead the small finance function of 4. If you've got a sponge like learning ability, strong people skills and excellent accounting experience then we'd be keen to hear from you.
