Key Responsibilities- Responsibleforoverseeingthemanagementaccountingfortheirglobaltechnologyspend
- Preparationofmonthlyreportingpacktoseniormanagement,ensuringthesereportsareinsightful,pro-activelyfocusingontheissues
- ResponsibleforWIPandreviewofOPEX/CAPEXrevenue
- Liaising with Commercial Headstoevaluateartistperformance
- Monitoringthataccurateinformationisrecordedinthein-housereportingsystem,finance&forecasting system
- Reconciliationofdivisionalbalancesheetsonamonthlybasis
- Producemonthlyreportingpack,includingvarianceanalysis&KPIreporting
- Managethefinalreconciliationofactualtobudgetedrevenue&costsforfestivals
- Working with Business Managerstoprepareannualbudgets ,includingpreparingreporting&slidesformanagement
- Providead-hoc support&analysisasrequestedbymanagementtohelpframefuturedecisions
- ACCA/CIMAQualified
- Provenbackgroundinmanagementaccounting
- GoodknowledgeofOPEX/CAPEXspenfandWIP
- Someexposuretoandflairforbusinesspartnering
- Mediaexperiencepreferredbutnotessential
- Proactiveperformerthatdemonstratescommitmenttotherole&desiretoachieve.
- Confidentcommunicatingwithseniormanagementlevel.
