This role involves recording patient arrivals, answering calls, and handling confidential information across Cardiff Royal Infirmary and Barry Hospital. The ideal candidate should have experience in a reception role and good communication skills. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.

The position includes working unsociable hours and during bank holidays.
