Reporting into the HR Manager, the Recruitment & Bursary Assistant provides efficient, professional and confidential support to the HR function for Downside playing a critical role in ensuring that the school is compliant with all relevant regulations and statutory guidance.

To be successful, you will have:
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service and effective administration.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with a variety of people, both internally and externally.
  • Strong organisational skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • The ability to work with total discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent working knowledge of core Microsoft programmes.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Professionalism combined with a warm and approachable personality.
  • Previous experience of Recruitment or HR administration will be an advantage.
