Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the recruitment of a temporary Receptionist to provide short-term cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and being the welcoming face of an organisation making a real difference.

The Role As the first point of contact for visitors, staff and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and front-of-house services.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing a general enquiries inbox

Operating the switchboard and directing calls appropriately

Meeting and greeting visitors

Managing incoming and outgoing post

Coordinating deliveries and collections

Issuing and managing parking permits

Maintaining visitor and contractor sign-in procedures

Supporting general reception and facilities administration

Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and callers

About You We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced within reception, front-of-house or customer service environments

Confident managing busy inboxes and telephone systems

Professional, organised and reliable

Comfortable working independently

Compassionate and approachable in their communication style

Able to maintain confidentiality at all times

Competent with general administrative tasks and IT systems
