Job Description This is a full-time role based in our Cardiff office. The main responsibilities of the role include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to fee earners. Managing files, including opening, maintaining and closing in line with compliance requirements. Undertaking AML checks for new clients. Billing support. Maintaining and updating case management systems. Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence. Liaising with clients and delivering a high standard of client care. Managing diaries, appointments, and client meetings. Submitting applications to HM Land Registry.
Providing general administrative support to the team as required. Applicant Criteria Required skills, experience and personal attributes:
Previous experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary role (ideally working as part of a Private Client and/or Residential Property Team). Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems. Friendly and professional manner. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Strong team player with a proactive approach.
