We’re recruiting for a LGMS Personal Assistant to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leaders within our Retail division. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring leaders are able to operate effectively, with seamless administrative support and excellent attention to detail. You’ll be trusted to manage competing priorities, maintain high standards, and build strong working relationships across the business.
Whatyou'll be doing:
- Managing busy email inboxes, proactively prioritising, delegating and responding where appropriate
- Coordinating complex diaries, optimising time across meetings, travel and multiple locations
- Organising events, away days and conferences, ensuring smooth delivery and strong engagement
- Supporting onboarding activities, including managing team structures, distribution lists and logistics
- Preparing agendas, minutes and high‑quality presentations and reports to support leadership meetings
- Processing invoices and expenses, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal standards
- Collaborating with the wider PA community to provide consistent support and cover during peak periods
- Delivering a high‑quality, timely service aligned with customer expectations and organisational policies
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Showing a proactive and solution‑focused approach, anticipating needs and resolving issues independently
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong professional relationships
- Working collaboratively with others to ensure continuity and high standards of support
- Adapting quickly in a changing environment, remaining flexible and resilient under pressure
- Using Microsoft Office tools confidently, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Applying strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all administrative and reporting activities
- Building knowledge of organisational structures and developing networks across the business
