Position: Contract Trust Officer

This role involves assisting and supporting the Trust team with the administration of a diverse portfolio of companies, trusts, and foundations, ensuring a consistent and high standard of service. The position is full-time, requiring engagement with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. The successful candidate will handle correspondence promptly to streamline operations within the office and across the wider group. The Trust Officer will create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, assist with administrative duties for board meetings, and provide relevant compliance support.

Key responsibilities include proactive administration of a portfolio, liaising with clients and intermediaries, and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with compliance policies. The Trust Officer is expected to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service at all times.

Job Duties
  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across jurisdictions.
  • Assist senior team members with administrative duties, including preparation for board meetings and drafting client communications.
  • Proactively administer a portfolio of companies, trusts, and foundations, managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and banks to uphold service standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks according to relevant compliance policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all compliance requirements consistently.
Job Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role within a financial services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Possession of or progress towards a relevant professional qualification, coupled with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient IT skills, with a familiarity with the Microsoft Office package being advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and a solution‑focused mindset.
