Office Manager

We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to become the operational hub of a growing Cardiff business.
This is a varied role where you'll oversee office operations, support senior leadership, coordinate suppliers and facilities, and help create an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate suppliers, maintenance and office equipment
- Support executive scheduling, travel and expenses
- Ensure health & safety and compliance processes are maintained
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Organise company events and team activities
- Maintain effective office systems and procedures
- Previous Office Manager, Office Administrator or similar experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and confidential approach
- Positive, proactive attitude
