Eccleston Mere Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and professional Business Administration Apprentice to join our friendly office team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to develop a career in school business administration whilst working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

• Reception duties and customer service
• Telephone and email communication
• Maintaining pupil records using Arbour
• Supporting school events and educational visits
• Producing letters, newsletters and school communications
• Data entry and record management
• General administrative support for senior leaders

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive dedicated training and mentoring, enabling you to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a successful career in business administration.

• Is well organised and able to prioritise work
• Has GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
• Is enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Can maintain confidentiality at all times
