Operations Administrator Apprentice (Level
3) - Location:
Head Office based at Lenwade, Norwich, NR9 5LY - 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, 36.5 hours a week (One day finishing at 4pm)
- Pay: £16,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on age, based on NMW
Working as part of a small administration team your role is to assist the operational departments in the company with their daily activities. The operations administrator will also successfully monitor, manage and action designated email inbox and incoming mail for the company to ensure internal and external customers queries are directed as appropriate.
Main Duties- Monitoring and actioning of messages from designated company email inboxes
- Updating our internal database with relevant notes, documents, and other relevant information
- Communicate with our surveyors of the progress of their allocated contracts on a regular basis at appropriate stages (signed drawings /amendments/cancellations)
- Contact customers to schedule installations and update installations records.
- Maintain and provide installation reports & service call reports
- Apply and pay for planning applications
- Oversee the ‘parking’ of finance pipeline
- Order materials (such as glass) and process confirmations from our supply chain
- Assist other operation teams, when directed, to aid the smooth running of the operations administration support function
- Grade 4 GCSE in English and Maths
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work within set deadlines
- Ability to undertake Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship within 18 months
