HC-One Care Home is seeking a Receptionist to be the friendly face for visitors, enquirers, residents' friends and family, and healthcare professionals in Cardiff. You will greet people, handle enquiries, and provide guidance both in person and by phone.
You will support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical tasks, maintain filing, and meet deadlines. The role requires initiative and the ability to work independently, with safeguarding training provided.
