We currently have an exciting opportunity for School Administrator to join our fantastic team at Camberwell Park Specialist School
This is a Grade 5, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks. The starting pro-rata salary is £26,485 and the full time equivalent is £30,023. This role is to start as soon as pre-employment checks are complete.
About the role:This is a general administrative role with a particular focus on Annual Reviews and EHCPs across the school. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively within a busy school environment.
We’re looking for:We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional individual to provide high-level administrative and organisational support. The successful candidate should:
- Have experience of working in an administrative support environment
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Have ability to develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
- Be confident managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Have excellent ICT skills, ideally including Office 365 and School MIS
- Work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Be committed to supporting the vision, ethos and values of the Trust
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and possess good numeracy skills
Under the direction of the Operations Manager and School Office Manager and other senior staff, provide an efficient, responsive and high-quality administrative support to the school, working independently to manage the day to day administrative operations of a specific department within the school.
To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support pupil well being.
