- Support the delivery of national screening programmes in Wales by providing essential pathway administration functions, including scheduling, processing data, extracting, and analysing information for participant screening records and handle participant communications.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality when managing participant information and programme data.
- Collaborate with team members and other health professionals to ensure the smooth operation of screening pathways.
- As part of the Screening Pathway function the postholder will be asked to work across screening programmes as required

Person specification Qualifications- 5 GCSE A*-D or 9-3 including English Language or equivalent qualification
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and/or equivalent level of skills and knowledge
- Willingness to work towards a Diploma in Screening (Level
3) - Knowledge of Healthcare/ Anatomy Physiology/Medical Terminology
- Experience of administrative systems and procedures in an office setting
- Experience of working within the NHS
- Experience of dealing with the public
- Ongoing evidence of sell directed learning and personal study
- Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft software, such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Welsh Language Skills at level 4 or 5 in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in Welsh
- Ability to demonstrate understanding and application of our workplace values, together with the underpinning behaviours identified for success in this role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
