We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Cardiff for a Vehicle Panel Beater to join their expanding bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a growing independent automotive accident repair centre that has recently undergone a successful management buy-out. The Vehicle Panel Beater role offers competitive pay, career development, and the chance to work on a variety of high-end vehicles.

40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 7:00am-4:00pmDuties of a Panel Beater:

Efficiently repairing vehicles to a high standard, focusing on quality workmanship
Conducting thorough quality checks after repairs to ensure no defects
Managing a high volume of work in a busy bodyshop environment
Working to targets set by the team while maintaining attention to detail
Working predominantly on a range of high-value vehicles, ensuring top-quality standards are met Requirements of a Panel Beater:

Fully qualified Vehicle Panel Beater to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Valid driving license is essential
Prior experience working to PAS 125 standards or with ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
A team player with a strong work ethic and motivation to meet targets
Committed to producing high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment
